Can't start the game

Whenever I try to start the game it says "Unable to connect to the game. Either you are not online or MapleStory is going through a server check. Please check the Maplestory homepage for more information Yes/No." All help would be appreciated

uhhh... thats not a problem on ur side... that means the server is down... but if u keep getting that.. then that means somethings wrong... because our server has an autorestarter which restarts the server in a few seconds...

it could be possible that you're trying to enter a different server...

copy and show me what you're using on dxwnd to try and connect to the server C:/Nexon/Maplestory etc show me that whole part..

there should b no ip address after it if you're using our client. and if you're not using our client... you should.
