Mounts are bugged Empty Mounts are bugged

For some reason, the skill required to use mounts is not bugged. Whenever someone tries to ride a hog, surrounding players will get disconnected. The skill is now banned and users who decide to use it will be penalized. Should this be seen as a problem, we will remove it from the server

you should delete this section cause the mounts work in the new client now =)
